as sven explained, every modification or self-made parts have to be approved by the technical control board.
- who knows, what kind of aluminium is the swingarm made from?
- is the welder allowed (by certificate) to weld swingarms
it is almost impossible toi get it legalized
even if the tüv will accept your modifications, the police can say (same procedure like svens lights)
in some states here in good old germany, the engeneer from tüv certifies "your bike is ok"...b ut before you get the registrations in your bike documents, the list of changes is sent to the state´s tüv office, and there, another engineer checks, if everything is going the right ways....if this one says no....
